   Snow and the city

   Can you believe that 2 inches of snow could so distupt
a small city?  I guess if you only see a few days of snow
a year, it's quite a burden.  We lost power at 11:10am 
Sunday, and it was restored by 5:15pm.  However, the cable
internet service was out until just recently, Monday 
evening.  I guess we had a foot of snow, and for Victoria,
that is quite a lot.

   Needless to say, Robo will detect the outage and enter
PROBLEM mode yet again.  This is because the mailbox may 
have filled, and everyone needs a chance to resubmit any 
TRN files that were bounced.
