Newbies, when colonizing planets, make sure you have not only clans, but
supplies also. You will not be able to develop a planet unless it has
supplies. At the very minimum I drop off 5 clans and 4 supplies from
whatever ship is exploring. That way I can sell 3 supplies to get the 3
MCs that it takes along with the 1 supply to build at least 1 factory.
